I applied the Tax Manager opening through Indeed.com, and their head recruiter, Nancy, reached out to me the very next day to setup an initial phone screening. The phone screening turned out to be more like a friendly chat rather than an actual interview - Nancy wanted to know more about my background, but also took time to tell me more about the firm. After the half hour conversation, she setup an in-house interview for me. The in-house visit was a four and half hour process - I interviewed with two partners, two tax principals, a tax senior manager, and had lunch with two tax managers. All the interviewers were very nice and informative, but they were also very technical - they would ask a lot of tax questions related to your background and work experience, so be prepared. But they were also very informative - they gave me straight answers to the questions I had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

It was an easy going process. I had discussions with several principals and partners who all asked questions related to my experience and technical know-hows. It was a seamless process.
