I had applied via angellist which had no proper JD (red flag1). Out of curiosity I applied and was surprised to see the attitude from the so-called co-founder of 3 companies that barely even function with tacky websites (red flag2). Even during the tele interview he was speaking in such a snobbish tone as if the I had no experience of working in a startup (red flag 3). word of advice to the co-founder: Learn from your mistakes and be humble. You'll never anywhere with that attitude.
