I applied online and was contacted 7 days after by mail to join a group interview. The interviewer were relaxed and warm. Some applicants were more aggresive than others.

Entrevista
The interview process involves a phone screen, followed by a series of interviews. You will interview with the manager, a panel of your peers, and the faculty you will ultimately support. The questions remain consistent for many of these interviews so the process is pretty straightforward.

This job often includes competing priorities. How do you manage your time and prioritize to accomplish all the required tasks?
I got to interview with both the Faculty Assistant Program Manager and a couple of faculty members, but I know sometimes you only get to interview with the FA manager, and you don't know which faculty members you will be working with. It was a fairly standard interview process.
