The interview was on Zoom. I applied maybe a month and a half before. They asked about specific equipment I use and my process. They also asked to see examples of my previous video work. Felt more like a conversation.

The interview was warm, friendly, and thoughtful. It felt like a conversation, which is always great. We discussed the needs of the center, my skillset, the culture, and the workflow between team members.
