3 rounds. First is a screening with the recruiter. Second was with a member of the Finance team. Third was in-person (3-4 30 min interviews) with the rest of the team. Great way to meet the whole team before you start. Only 2 candidates were invited to interview in-person. No technical questions. Behavioral-focused. They are looking for interest in what they do & willingness to learn.
