One phone interview, one Skype interview and one day-long on-site interview. The phone interviews were with one person each. The on-site was with 13 people total; half hour meetings with individuals or groups of existing staff, HR, and IT. Everyone seemed very busy. For lunch they gave me a coupon for the dining hall, gave me directions and I was on my own. Most people were courteous and asked questions but did not dig very deep.
