You first get a call and have an interview with an HR representative and they ask what you are looking for in a job. Then you wait a few weeks and they get back to you they think you will be a good fit at a certain house with the clients there. You have a 1:1 interview at the house and meet the clients. That supervisor then reports back to HR if they want you hired. It takes a good month or 2 for all of this to happen.
