While the application process is very long, my primary concerns arose during the interview itself. The interview was poorly structured and poorly conducted, with constant changes in style and questions, creating a sense of disorientation. Additionally, I observed a lack of knowledge among the interviewers regarding crucial aspects of the job, which led to interruptions during my responses. I felt there was a consistent challenge or disagreement with my answers, creating an unsettling experience. Moreover, a significant portion of the questions did not align with the role's description, creating a disconnect in the assessment process. It seemed that the interview lacked alignment with the expectations outlined for the position.
