"Four rounds of interviews and close to 6 hours of time wasted. One 30min virtual interview, followed by a 60min in-person interview (plus 1hr round trip travel time), then a 90min UNPAID "job shadow" onsite (plus 1hr travel time). After each stage was told I had the job and next step was "final step and a formality", but then had another 30min virtual interview only to find out in final interview that job is temporary, and they no idea on how long contract would be, as they only stated it was a mat leave coverage but there wasn't a computer set up for this role. All of this to get ghosted in the end. Keep this in mind when applying or interviewing.
