The interview process was scattered, unorganized, and left plenty to be desired in terms of clarity and communication. There didn't seem to be any set process that any of the employees, including the hiring manager, could share. It was roughly 3-4 weeks before anyone had reached out or invited me to the next round of interviews. Ultimately was ghosted after 3 rounds with no followup or feedback. Interview questions were very standard.
