Recruiter reached out over Linkedin, had a call with her, then she arranged an interview with the HM after some back and forth. The manager was extremely disengaged, disrespectful and avoidant. He barely made eye contact with me during the Zoom meeting. He was clearly smirking and laughing at messages he was getting from others and responding to those messages. He was completely ignoring my responses. He also was very dismissive of my experience and background even though I had experience working at another company founded by the founder of Harness. The HM was arrogant, and condescending. Hands down, the most disrespectful interview experience I've ever had. I don't believe they were actually hiring. It could have been a ghost posting to fill their database. Awful experience.
