I was screened over the phone, then had an interview the following day over Zoom. The entire process was straightforward, easy to follow, as well as information was clearly presented. Also, next steps were clearly indicated.

After the initial outreach, the company did move fast and scheduled 3 interviews the next day, 30 minutes each. I feel I was led on to believe that I was a great addition to the team. I was recommended to another role and felt things were looking good to be let down. They make everything look good in front of you then turn around and say you are not a fit. What a waste of time.
