Was contacted via a search agency about the position, salary was good, drive was a little bit long, but not too bad. Had productive conversations with the agency and the VP of HR. Was onto the next step which would've been an in person meeting with the Executive VP of Engineering. Called by the agency and was notiified that they wanted to backdown on the agreed upon salary that they negotiated and advertised to the agency, and then changed their minds as to the location(Missouri versus Florida). In the end, there are a lot of red flags here and it seems that there is some integrity and ethics issues. Beware.
