Basic behavioral interview with 3 person panel. They weren't as focused on abilities vs. fitting in to the culture. They did pay for me to drive from out of state, and put me up in a hotel overnight. That was nice. The interview itself was only about 1 hour.

Plan for Behavioral based question. Have stories that fit various categories. Panel type interview with 2-3 people, two separate interviews. Then a follow up phone call with a Director. Took about a month from start to final offer.
