Applyed online at Harley's website then recieved phone interview a few weeks later. Was pretty standard get to know you phone call asking experience and current salary. A few days later received phone call to setup formal interview. The inerview was in front of 4 people which consisted of 2 engineers, 1 tech and, 1 HR person. Very technical interview .
