This process was very long and tedious. It starts out with an extremely long and complicated job application.If you pass the application then you get sent to several different skills test that you have to pass before you can get an interview. Once you pass the skills test then you get to have what they call a behavioral interview where you get to sit in front 4 or more interviewers at the same time and answer questions that they have specifically for the job your interviewing for. Keep in mind that this process can be somewhat quick or take a couple of years.
