Unprofessional and rude The very first call I got was two full months after I applied unscheduled and I was on my bike. He then asked me to call HIM back. I wasn't able to so he called back a few days later. It was a very casual interview with no real questions and an immediate send to the next round. The next round, however, was supposed to be "technical" but was simply discussing what the job would entail a bit more. This was a nice exchange overall meeting two team members. The next round, however, was with a much more cold and cocky interviewer and would have been the 'head' of the department. So far, all 4 interviewers plus the HR person were male (and I'm female for context). Finally, After these three meetings (which by the way I was not given much information in the invites including even their names), I get an extremely vague and generic "no thank you" email - not even a phone call. Overall a very, very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
