My interview consisted of typical behavioral and scenario questions: strengths, weaknesses, organization, etc. I had 3 interviews during my first visit then returned for a quick second interview with a higher up.

The interview process was long and disorienting. In fact, it took 8 months to get through 2 interviews within the College Success Office for the College Advisor position. The in-house recruiter could not come up with dates that the interviewers would be available to see me. Rather than send me a set of dates to choose from via email, this person would try to reach me via the telephone.
