Usually is a three steps interviews: Department Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager. I remember that most of the questions were regarding customer service, brand, teamwork. The good thing is that they create a good friendly environment to make it easy for you.

Pretty simple interview, asked all the basic interview questions. Mostly wants to know if you have experience talking to customers. At the time I had to talk to two managers so that was kinda nerve racking. But overall really easy interview.
