Very straightforward. Everybody was very nice throughout the process and offered tours of the units. The HR department was able to schedule several interviews for me on the same day which was a huge help.

Interviewed with management team (nurse manager and 2 assistant nurse managers), time block was an hour. There was an option to do a virtual interview (Zoom or Teams) or in-person. It was a laid-back experience.

The intervier explaiened every step that was covered in the interview; was easy going; asked the standard situational and behavioral questions and then it was more like a normal conversations about the the expectation for the job position.
