Interview Process was great. The Hiring Manager was very professional. The job responsibilities were straight forward and vetting was focused on establishing if you were a customer service minded person.

Very long process. About 2-3 phases - while interviewing with a few people back to back then a written with scenarios and answer replies. Seems like you’re giving out free work tbh. Everyone was super nice though and the team/company seemed great !

Hi – I am interested in buying SNOO and noticed that you have a 25% sale right now, but my baby isn’t due until early next year! Will you honor the discount if I buy SNOO closer to my due date? I would like to take advantage of the 30-day trial, so I don’t want to buy it too early!
