Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

Don't be discouraged if you don't hear from them in a week, they took 3 wks to get back to me.
Use that time to truly understand the position you're applying for and what it entails. Know the company thoroughly by the time you get that call from them.
I went through several one-on-ones for this position, one with direct super, another with his boss, another with 2nd tier mgmt from a diff dep. Two with senior credit specialists who've moved out of the role I'm interviewing for, and one with HR.
Everyone is great, bring your A game and remember, this job is about.....volume!

The interview process was great. I applied online, got a email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview , I was invited for the 1:1 interview in Lehi, UT. All the process took about two week.

Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
