Gave my resume in a college career fair. Was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later asking me to set up a technical phone screen. Phone screen was 45 minutes long which includes writing code in CoderPad. Phone screen focused on basic data structures. Know how to implement different data structures and modify their implementation to suit the needs of the given problem. Was given an opportunity to come on-site for a breakfast with the recruiting team followed by 3 x 1 hour back to back interviews, and finally a tour of the lending club office. The on-site interviews can be a little challenging (but nothing too hard). The questions are not intended to trick you but the interviewers are interested in your approach to the solution and want you to work with them. If you're going to think to yourself and code up the solution without uttering a single word, that would earn you negative points! Interviewers were really really great!
