I applied through online job portal. They takes 2 weeks time to process for first round phone interview. After that, takes another 2 weeks time to proceed for face to face interview. I was being interviewed by 2 interviewers from Group HR and HR Business Partner division. Basically, the interview was trying to find out more about your previous employment and your job responsibilities. After all, they will needs to take another 2 weeks time to finalized and to proceed for 2nd interview if shortlisted. As conclusion, I think they took quite a long time in the processing and this might resulted candidates found job before their finalization.
