HR called to ask if I could schedule an initial interview was on-site with the engineering team. I was told this was urgent and had to be done ASAP, so I booked a last minute flight to interview. The interview itself was great and the engineering team was knowledgeable and welcoming. One surprise was a Solidworks test, which was easy enough, but I was caught unprepared as this was never relayed to me beforehand. After spending a large amount of money on a last-minute flight, I didn't hear a word after the interview. Called a few times, they said there was no word on the position, nor was there an offer to at least partially reimburse the expenses. I took this as ghosting and a rejection. Would recommend the engineering team, would absolutely not recommend working for the company,
