Recruiter is based in Australia. He was good and tried to organise interviews as quickly as possible. I attended 1 initial screening and 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview with the hiring manager went well. Second interview was with the panel and they seemed to be disconnected from the problems hiring manager was trying to solve with this role. Long story short, they gave me a vague reason for not moving ahead.
