A complete waste of time! I applied through an employee referral and was contacted by a hiring manager. We set up a phone screen and she missed it! When I emailed to re-schedule I got an out-of-office reply. I should have just stopped the process then but we set up another time for the phone screen which she missed again. I finally chatted with her a day later and the conversation was awkward, it was clear she was either not interested in me or had other things going on. I felt I answered her questions well though. I then had to take a personality assessment which takes about an hour. A few days later I got an email saying I was no longer up for the position. Extremely unprofessional behavior from HR.
