Relaxed, the company wants to ensure you have they right mentality to fit in, for consultants this means they will ask about previous successes and how you have been successful / the methods used. If this ties in with the way the business works then it should be a positive discussion. Expect to meet senior management, someone who is doing the role at the level you are applying for, and a researcher.
