I was approached by their recruiter on LinkedIn about the role and we set up an into call which went well. A week or two later I interviewed with the creative director, then a week later another designer on the team, I got along really well with both the creative director and the designer and was pretty sure I was going to receive an offer. I was then totally ghosted by the company - no email to say that I had been unsuccessful. When I sent a follow up email to their recruiter I never got a reply. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful
