I had three interviews. 1. Phone interview with an HR representative that lasted approximately 20 to 30 minutes. 2. Interview with the Quality Manager, HR Manager, and HR representative that lasted approximately 45 minutes. 3. A brief interview the the CEO of the American division with the HR Manager in the room.
