Overly long, way too many individuals to meet with. Process was drawn out over 2 months and I was told that this wasn't even the longest interview cycle that they have candidates go through. I was constantly chasing the recruiter for follow-ups. I would HIGHLY recommend that the Talent team reviews their interview cycles and really decide if the C-Suite needs to be the bottleneck to a candidate closing. I cannot imagine trying to backfill someone with as long of a process as I was subjected to.
