First you have an interview with the store manager with the typical interview questions, then she gives you a hypothetical situation you're helping a client find jewelry for and you go out in the store and pick it out and bring it back to her to explain your decisions. That was really engaging and a time for you to have fun and show off your personality and fashion knowledge. They want people that are friendly and fashion forward.

I was interviewed by Sonya (the owner) and Karen (marketing manager). They were both very professional and easy to talk with. They were interested in me as a person. Sonya did not introduce herself as the owner, which I felt was to her credit.

Entrevista
I met with the area manager and the store manager and they asked me the general questions, we talked about salary and other topics. The interview went very well and they gave me a call a couple days later to tell me I got the job.
