Split into small groups and had to do a variety of activities including role playing, selling a specific toy, answering random lighthearted questions. After the activities, they will call out names of people who made it to the next round of interviews. This part is just a short 1:1 interview
Relaxed, group activities initially before managers call back individuals for one to one interviews. Three activities included advertise a toy, improvise a story, hot seat questions. Managers consult together before listing specific people who have passed on to the main interview.

Fun experience, there was two parts of the interview. the first part is more like a workshop where you play games like hot seat, do role play and try sell a toy to the management team. if they are impressed then they select you for the second part where they give you a one to one interview
