The first interview went well. However, the feedback after the design test was unconstructive, rude, and condescending. Considering the design test is unpaid and requires six hours of work, it would be more polite if HR spent at least 20 minutes of their paid time to help come up with a more respectful 'no' and passed this on to those in hiring positions.
