Had a preliminary phone screen and was told they had other calls and would contact me if I was being moved forward. Received an email a few days later telling me to be on the look out for an email to schedule my next interview. Spoke with someone very nice about scheduling the next two interviews, both were hour long Teams calls. Felt both went really well, followed up with both via email but never received a response and received a generic rejection email a week after the second one. Reached out to the initial HR contact to thank her for her time and request feedback and did not receive a response from her either. Felt it was a very impersonal thing to do after I spent several hours speaking with all of them and felt they liked me for the position.
