I had a screening call first from Head Office where I asked questions about the rota and workload after which they invited me to a proper interview at the home. When I got there they told it would be late as they were in a meeting. Half an hour later then finally saw me and told me I had been given the wrong time. The interview consisted of standard questions and took about half an hour. It became obvious from how they answered my questions that the phone screener had misrepresented the job and the workload and expectations. She told me they had a large team and that staffing levels were consistent on both weekends and week days when this was not the case. Had I known this I would have realised this was not for me so I feel they wasted my time. I had a rejection email the following day despite them saying I would hear the following week. I did ask for feedback but a week later still haven't had any. My feedback to them would be not to misrepresent the place and mislead people at the screening stage and answer their questions honestly.
