Only after follow-ups from my end, their recruitment partner informed me that I was not shortlisted citing the reason that I was not mature for this job. My background was field sales and now after 10 years I was looking for an office based inside sales / sales support profile, which I thought they might have found so-called "immature". This interview was just an eye-wash, because if coming from a sales background, if I am ready to leave it and join a lower profile with lower salary for my mental, emotional and physical well-being then how can they cite this reason of being "immature". Again, this is my thought and neither the company nor the recruiter has clearly given reason for putting out this answer. Interviews in such petty companies are just a formality and no there is no transparency at all. Leave alone, considering well-being of potential recruits.
