Passed the initial interview on school site, and was invited to an on-site interview at their Houston location. Given a tour around the facilities, introduced to the R&D team, and had lunch with two members of the team. People were very friendly. I did not receive an offer, but I think it was because I did not show much enthusiasm for the position itself (was siked about the environment though).
