Entrevista
Interview was a 3-stage event, which started lasted pretty much the whole day (more than 12 hours).
We started with a 5 minutes presentation which highlighted the following areas: Educational Qualifications, Topic of final year project, Work experience (if any), weaknesses and Strengths (3 each), Why you want to work for Halliburton, brief knowledge of the oil and gas industry. After that, the panel asked numerous questions based on the presentation. The panelists were a bit too harsh, but I guess it was to test if anyone would crack.
Second stage was the group presentation. We were divided into small groups and provided with sheets of A4 paper, scissors and some tape. We were asked to build a standing tower with these materials. That was pretty easy though.
Finally, we had the one-on-one interview with segment managers. I was asked some leadership/behavioural questions. For example: As a team leader, how would you deal with a more experienced team member, who continually and deliberately disrespects you? It is advisable to have a couple of examples already prepared to back up your answers.
Overall, it was a pretty cool experience.

There are three days campus recruitment process. Starting from written test in day 1, FGD in day 2, and, short interview in day 3. FGD was pretty casual, you'll be given 15 minutes to discuss a case, and depends on when your turn on presenting is, 1-2 hours to solidate the case outside while waiting for presentation turn. If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.

After passing the admin screening, I attended the psychometric/aptitude test at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. The test was conducted entirely online on our own devices; the venue had weak mobile signal and there was no option to take the test on paper, so a lot of time was lost just connecting and loading questions.
Format & content: Mostly English verbal reasoning, plus basic math and simple mechanical/physics items (e.g., “which gear turns to the right”).
