Then, they made me to wait for about one hour before i start my interview with BSM, when I entered his room he was very quiet person, he greeted me and then asked me to introduce my self.

Started the interview at a career fair at college. Talked afterwards 1 on 1. Next was a phone interview with the hiring manager on site. Then after an additional week was the offer over email
