Was very quick and easy. Principal made it a comfortable, low pressure environment and asked very valuable but answerable questions. i have to write more words but I do not know why

Exceptional interview process with enjoyable administration. They showed an interest in me as a potential employee and were open to any questions regarding the job. They seemed to truly care for it being a good fit for me and not just for them.

The Hall County Board of Education website had a Job Fair posted. At the job fair, prospects signed in and then waited for name to be called. Once your name was called 2 principals compiled an On-Site interview @ the fair. Interviews took place at tables in the Civic Center Ballroom. There were approximately 10 interviews taking place simultaneously around the ballroom. It was a relaxed environment.
