The first round a phone interview with with an analyst. The second round is another phone interview but with a manager. The third and final round is a series of in person interviews with employees from various levels (analysts, managers, etc.)

First round was with an analyst over the phone, typical behavioral questions. Why Hall, why portfolio management, etc. Took a while to hear back from them, only negative part of experience.
Had two interviews, then a superday. The first interview was a phone call, and then it was a zoom call. The superday was four interviews and an excel test. The excel test was easy

The interview process at hall capital partners is mostly behavioral until the case study and a little bit inefficient. It took them over a month between rounds to move forward. Got to final round
