They sent an assignment (a very long assignment that took at least 2 days to finish), so they got some free work done from a good list of candidates I suppose. For the assignment, they said they would select you if you get 70% marks, but surprisingly there was no rubric, so you don't know what are you being rated on. They did not care to give any feedback even though it was such an extensive assignment. Their processes are still not clear and they are not interested in improving those soon, it seems.
