Basic interview questions. Personality questions and a few questions to determine knowledge on subjects. Put a lot of emphasis on company culture and family values. Felt like having a conversation. I had two rounds of interviews, one with two people I met at a career fair and then another round with who would have been my boss.

Entrevista
Interview process was very good. Practice leader and Team Leader provided good information about the job, expectations, benefits, goals, and routes for advancement. I felt at ease and no pressure during the process. There were some general interview questions about my likes and dislikes in my last job, what I can bring to the table at Halff. Overall, the interview process was good and it gave me a good insight on whether the company's growth aligned with my long term career goals.
