first with HR - quick call, very brief and to make sure that you know the role that you are applying to
second with HM - more in depth about role and expectations

Managers vary but more character and fitness as compared to technical questions
Recruiter called to confirm interview details, followed by 1 round of interview with the hiring manager and an offer about 2 weeks later. Fast and efficient process overall but it took them a while to arrange the interview at the start which lead me to think they were not interested.

It was average, but job description was a bit misleading and role had to be clarified in the interview which made me realize it wasn't a good fit for me
The interview was more focused on behavioral and cultural fit than purely technical knowledge. I was asked how I approach complex problems, handle unexpected issues under time pressure, and communicate in a small, fast-paced engineering team. They were particularly interested in my ability to stay calm and methodical when debugging or optimizing under constraints.
