The interview process is slightly difficult for me but quite pleasant. The hiring manager took an extra half-hour to talk and discuss with me by giving useful and helpful advises after the formal interview ended. I already knew I did not do well enough to get an offer during the interview itself and I did not get the offer, but the post-interview feedback session is one of the best interview experiences I ever had, not even a reporting manager during previous employment spent such an amount of time to actually help an employee or a candidate. I can't write the hiring manager's name here and despite long has past since the interview, I still thank him and appreciate him for his advises from the bottom my heart.
