Interviews were as expected. However the lack of communication was concerning when they verbally said they want to progress with the second interview but didn't get back to me for 3 weeks to send me the invite for the second round. The second interview was more of a task where it was a scenario on how I would interact with users with there software, after this I asked for feedback which was glossed over and said they will contact me in the next week on there decision. I never got any update and got ghosted when I followed up for any updates. 6 weeks roll by where I get a email saying that there is another opportunity and if I was free for a call to discuss which I answered promptly that yes I could only to be ghosted again.
