very misleading as far as the commission sliding pay scale goes. they don't understand it themselves therefor have a hard time helping others to understand but is nearly impossible to hit so unless your okay with working for minimum wage I would say this is not the job for you.

The first stage was a telephonic interview, followed by setting up a date and time for the interview within the salon. After the initial answer and question of the interview; a technical interview began. Very hands on and professional. The feedback from the manager was priceless and appreciated.
