I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a traditional screening call; the second was with the hiring manager (which was enjoyable). After this, I completed a 2.5 hour test. The third and final was in person, I met with 4 people, one after another, and they all asked the same questions. After the fourth person, I was told that there were still 5 people in the interview mix (in the final round). I felt like they wasted a lot of people's time (for a position that was "hiring urgently")
