It took a long time to go through the process. The process was a little disorganized and confusing. However, the staff and Executive Director were great and asked great questions.

Many stages to the interview process including interviews on zoom, with staff, and with board members. Asked about references and probing questions on experience, qualifications, commitment to the mission, understanding of the organization, why habitat, etc.

Thorough and interesting screening call with Talent Acquisition that was followed by interview with hiring manager who had a clear vision. From there, I had interviews with key stakeholders. Impressed by talent, commitment and energy of members.
